Basic Navigation
New to Resolve or need a refresher on basic navigation of the platform? Watch this quick video.
Resetting Your Password
Can’t remember your Resolve credentials? Watch the video or follow the steps below to reset.
- Go to the Resolve login
- Click “Account Recovery”
- Enter the email address associated with your Resolve account
- Click “Submit”
- Check your email for a password reset link from resolve7@netspi.com
Adding and Removing Fields in the Findings Grid
Need help adding and removing fields from the findings grid? Watch this how-to video or follow the steps below.
- Go to the findings grid by selecting "Findings" on the left side navigation under "Data Explorer"
- In the upper right-hand corner of the grid, click on the field selector
- Search or scroll to find your desired fields
- Select or deselect any of the field options
- Click elsewhere on the screen and the grid will be updated with removed or selected fields
- You can sort each field by clicking on the field title at the top of the grid
Assigning Findings to Team Members
It’s easy to assign findings to team members! Check out the video or follow the steps below to learn how.
- Select "Project" on the left side navigation under "Data Explorer"
- Double click on the relevant project
- Click on the "Findings" tab
- Click to open the relevant finding
- Look at the overview column with the “Assigned To” field
- To assign - Click on “Assigned To” and search the name of the team member you’d like to assign it to
- To remove – Hover over the “Assigned To” field and click the trash can icon next to the team member’s name

Changing SLAs for Remediation Due Date Stamping
Wanting to change your SLAS for remediation due date stamping? Check out this how-to video or follow the steps below.
- Navigate to settings and click on "SLA Management"
- Under “Days to Fix,” click the up and down arrows to adjust the number of days
Note: If you do not see the settings tab you do not have administrator privileges. If you need to be added as an admin please contact customersuccess@netspi.com
Adding Verifications to Instances
Do you have instances missing verifications? Check out this how-to video or follow the steps below.
- Navigate to "Projects" under "Data Explorer"
- Double click on the project, then select the ”Findings” tab
- Double click on the finding, then select the “Instances” tab
- Validate "Has Verifications" field is displayed (if not, select via the field selector in the upper right-hand of the screen)
- Click the instance
- Scroll to bottom of the page to see similar instances OR select the "Similar Instances" tab
- Select an instance that has a green check mark
- Scroll to the bottom of the page to see verification steps
- The instance could have a different IP Address or URL but the steps are the same

Reviewing Instance Verifications

- Navigate to the project from the program management dashboard
- Select the instance tab, then double click on an instance in the grid
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the green "T" to see step-by-step detail

Accessing and Uploading Documents
Looking to upload or access documents? Check out this how-to video or follow the steps below.
- Navigate to "Projects" under "Data Explorer"
- Double click on the project, then select the “Documents” tab
- View or download documents on the page
- To Add - use the "Add Document" button on the right-hand of the screen
- Complete the action by adding the description or additional files

Downloading and Exporting Findings
Ready to download or export your findings? Check out this how-to video or follow the steps below.
- Navigate through your project or go to "Data Explorer" and select "Findings"
- Once the findings populate you can use the check box to make individual selections OR use the carrot to select all
- When findings are selected, click the bulk actions drop down and select “Export as a CSV”
- The exported file should show on the bottom of your browser or in your downloads folder
